Where are we located?
The Tenute dei F.lli G&L Ciotola s.s.a. are located in San Pietro Vernotico (Brindisi), in the middle of Salento, where the Ciotola Family, with the wine tradition handed down from generation to generation, produce about 1.500 kg/hectar of grapes for year.
What types of wine do we produce?
With 150 hectares of vineyards, dominated by the historic Saracen Tower, distant few kilometres from the Adriatic Sea, we grow the most famous and prestigious grapes of the area. Primitivo and Negramaro for the reds, Chardonnay and Moscato for the withes are just some examples of our production.
Where do we export?
We are already exporting our products all around the most important european countries like Germany, United Kindom, Belgium and Netherlands, we are always present with our stand in the majors wine expo. VINITALY (Verona) and PROWEIN (Dusseldorf) are just some examples.
Puglia to conquer the world. The wines produced in the heel of Italy are bewitching wine experts and enthusiasts not only in the beautiful country, but also overseas. Negroamaro and Primitivo depopulated on the tables of the most important and exlusive restaurants of Rome and Shanghai, Sydney and New York. As early as two thousand years ago, Horace, Pliny and Martial magnified the harmonious flavors and structured wines of Puglia.
Today the secret of success is to maintain the relationship with tradition, at the same time focusing on innovation. And this is the path followed by Giuseppe and Luigi Bowl, farmers in their early twenties, that the wine vocation inherited from their ancestors, have made an art even before a trade.

Tradition and Passion The cellar is located in Manfredonia (Foggia) where the Family processes the grapes during the harvest.
In the cellar, also thanks to the team of professional technicians and wine maker, they prepare the wines following the natural directions of the vintage.
Technology and development to serve Torleanzi Wine.
Thanks to the last technologies, they use to aging the wines in inox steel or in barrique wood, in relation of the quality of each wine.
When the wines are ready to be bottled, the capacity of production can arrive to 30.000 bottles for day!
